Housing Support Business Lead - 3-6 month contract (immediate start). £650 per day. Inside IR35 (via umbrella). Hybrid working - 2 days on site - London.

Are you ready to step into a high impact Housing Support Business Lead role where you'll take ownership of critical housing systems and drive real service improvements? As a Housing Support Business Lead, you will report directly into senior technology leadership, acting as the key link between housing services, digital teams and external suppliers, ensuring systems remain stable, compliant and continuously improving.

This position puts you at the centre of operational delivery and transformation, giving you the opportunity to influence decision making, enhance system performance and play a pivotal role in housing service delivery.

Your role as Housing Support Business Lead:

• Lead incident, problem and change management across housing applications
• Drive system performance, stability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure data integrity, governance and compliance across all platforms
• Act as the key stakeholder liaison between business, tech and suppliers
• Support system upgrades, transformation programmes and service improvements

Your experience as Housing Support Business Lead:

• Strong background in ICT, Digital or Technology Operations
• Hands on experience with NEC Housing systems or similar platforms
• Proven success with supplier and vendor management
• Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks (incident, change, release management)
• Experience delivering business change and service improvement in complex environments
