Housing Site Manager - New Build Social Housing, 278 Works

Search Consultancy is recruiting a Site Manager for a circa 2nd September start in Batley, WF17. The assignment runs around 4 months and may extend depending on progress, on a 20-plot new build social housing project. You will manage subcontractors, liaise with the main contractor, and ensure works adhere to NHBC standards.

Applicants should have a strong housing background across new build, finishing, groundworks and 278 works, with IT literacy. Tickets required: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
