Housing Repairs Coordinator - Inspections & Projects

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Building Surveyor on a 6-month contract within the Hackney area of London. The role supports the Building Maintenance and Estate Environment service, inspecting properties, preparing specifications and monitoring contractor work to ensure high standards and value for money.

The successful candidate will hold an HNC/HND in Building or equivalent, with strong knowledge of building defects, health and safety, and experience in managing repair projects from
