Housing Options Officer - Discharge of Homelessness Duty

Park Avenue in the East of England is seeking a Discharge of Duty Officer on a 3-month interim contract to support the Housing Options team. You will work with households who are owed a homelessness duty to secure suitable accommodation and discharge statutory duties.

Main tasks include managing cases to discharge homelessness duty, making and progressing offers (including private rented sector), and conducting suitability assessments to meet obligations.
