Housing Officer (FTC) - Tenancy & Community Care

Hightown Housing Association is seeking a Housing Officer in Hemel Hempstead on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. The role involves managing a patch of properties, sustaining tenancies and delivering a resident-focused housing management service.

You will work with customers and partners to ensure excellent service delivery, address breaches, arrears and tenancy issues, and contribute to thriving communities while meeting organisational standards.
