Housing Officer - Temporary Opportunity Plymouth & South Hams £20.75 per hour 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday Temporary Contract - 2 Months (Potential to be Extended)Are you an experienced Housing Officer looking for your next contract? We're recruiting for a customer-focused professional to manage a patch across Plymouth and South Hams, delivering excellent neighbourhood and tenancy management services.Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of tenancies and be the main point of contact for residents Carry out tenancy sign-ups, viewings and tenancy management visits Manage tenancy breaches and support safeguarding cases Monitor estate standards and contractor performance Work with residents and partner agencies to build safe, sustainable communities Deliver excellent customer service and resolve tenancy-related enquiriesWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience in social housing, tenancy or neighbourhood management Strong customer service and case management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Ability to manage a busy and varied workload CIH Level 4 qualification (or willingness to work towards) Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy housing team where you'll make a real difference to local communities, with the potential for the contract to be extended.
