This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with a strong background in housing litigation to work on high-quality matters for a diverse client base, while enjoying genuine scope for progression and specialism in a constantly evolving area of law.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of housing management and property litigation matters, with support on more complex cases and the opportunity to supervise junior team members.

Work will include
  • Possession claims, injunctions and housing-related litigation
  • Disrepair claims
  • Non-contentious advisory work, including policy advice
  • Direct client contact and relationship management
  • Supporting partners on higher-value or complex matters
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff and paralegals
  • Contributing to business development and client training initiatives
About You

You will be a confident, commercially aware lawyer who enjoys autonomy while working collaboratively within a specialist team.

You will have
  • 5+ years' PQE in housing management and property litigation
  • The ability to manage your own caseload effectively
  • Experience supervising junior team members (or the desire to do so)
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive, resilient and solution-focused approach

CILEx candidates must hold Civil Litigation Practice Rights.

What's On Offer
  • High-quality, specialist work in a well-established team
  • Clear progression opportunities within a growing department
  • A supportive and collaborative culture
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Hybrid and flexible working options
