Housing Estates Officer (EO)
Location: RAF Northolt , HA4 6NG
- Pay Rate £15.96 per hour
- First 2 weeks training requires full office attendance; then hybrid working (approx. 60% office / 2 days home)
- Training may be ongoing and travel to other locations may be required
- DBS clearance is required (Costs covered by the hiring process)
- Assignment runs until 31/03/27 with possibility of extension
- CIOH Certificate of Housing (or similar) is desirable.
- Holidays during the first 2 weeks of training cannot be accommodated

Our Client, within the MOD, is looking for an EO Housing Estates Officer to help validate and authorise key housing activities-supporting consistent delivery and quality across an allocated portfolio.
What you'll be doing:- Own the "family experience" for an allocated housing portfolio, including occupant monitoring of non-SFA and SSFA
- Conduct patch/ground monitoring to ensure standards are met (including PFI where relevant)
- Manage assurance and quality checks, including timely handling and management of complaints (level 2)
- Undertake assurance checks on service levels and quality of work provided by suppliers
- Manage an allocated IMS case to agreed standards
- Help deliver additional services (including IRL/SONS/VOIDS) within delegation and timeframes
- Validate and authorise time reliefs within approved limits
- Carry out handovers as requested to ensure the right service delivery for families
- Attend relevant stakeholder engagement events and proactively escape where standards are not met
- A confident, organised approach to validation, monitoring and authorisation
- A strong commitment to compliance and mandatory requirements (including inspection and training expectations)
- The ability to build effective working relationships with teams and stakeholders
- A customer-first mindset with a drive to improve outcomes for families
- Comfort working with case/portfolio responsibilities while maintaining agreed standards
- Self-motivation to identify and complete relevant training and development to grow capability in-role
