Housing Customer Service Specialist (Hybrid)

Service Care Solutions Ltd in London is hiring a Housing Customer Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for residents, contractors and stakeholders, handling queries by phone, email or in person, and directing them to the appropriate team.

You will log repairs and service requests, assist with arrears enquiries, and provide front-of-house support to ensure a responsive, professional service. The role starts office-based for 1 month, then hybrid with 1-2 days from home.
