Housing Customer Care Specialist - Flexible Hours

Haringey Climate Forum is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for residents and internal teams. You will handle basic housing enquiries, raise work orders, assist with tenant communications, and maintain service databases.

The role requires strong communication skills and a good ICT knowledge base. We expect you to deliver excellent customer care, manage workload efficiently, and support health and safety-related communications.
