Housing Customer Advisor - Remote Support (6 Months)

Ongo is seeking a Customer Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries across phone, email, webchat and social media with a view to delivering high quality, customer-focused services.

In a fast-paced housing services environment you will support repairs, rent, tenancy management and lettings, using active listening and clear communication to resolve issues and uphold Ongo's reputation for excellent service.
