Housing & Tenancy Support Specialist (Essex)

Moat is seeking an experienced Tenancy Support Officer to join our Neighbourhood Services team in the Essex area. Based at Maldon, you will support vulnerable customers facing housing challenges, delivering practical, person-centred help and helping people maintain safe, sustainable homes.

You'll manage risks, coordinate with partners, and work across office, patch travel and some home working; 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday; hybrid working between office and home by arrangement.
