Job Title: Housing and Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: £26,000

Contract: Permanent

Location: Warrington, Ryfields Retirement Living Scheme

Weekly Hours: 35 hours per week

This role is a high quality, customer-focused and proactive housing management service that meets the needs of older people. You will often be a first point of contact, providing specialist advice and assistance on a wide range of housing management related queries or issues.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients through Letting process, from enquiry to move in.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure safety, wellbeing and safeguarding of customers.
  • Manage tenancy, including tenancy enforcement and anti social behaviour resolution.
  • Maintain a positive climate for resident engagement; lead customer meetings and housing surgeries.
  • Listen to feedback and respond in line with customer values and business priorities.
  • Work primarily at Ryfields Village, providing support to our wider Older Peoples Services team.
  • Support customers during core hours 9am - 5pm, ensuring adequate cover and service offer.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of housing management legislation and tenancy management principles.
  • Experience delivering exemplary customer service, ideally to older people.
  • Strong relationship building skills across diverse populations.
  • Flexible and proactive approach, able to travel between sites as needed.
  • Resilient and adaptable, prioritising a busy and reactive workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail.
