Housekeeping Training Coordinator

You will deliver effective training and ongoing support to Housekeeping Managers and their teams. Reporting to the Accommodation Services Manager, you will ensure all training requirements are met to uphold service excellence and compliance standards.
What you'll be doing- Deliver colleague and induction training in collaboration with Housekeeping Managers
- Organise and maintain legal compliance training and accurate training records
- Provide corrective training when required to uphold standards
- Assist with recruitment process of Housekeeping colleagues

- Full time contract
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4 week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings
- Confident and motivational with an empathetic and supportive approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office
- Experienced in delivering on job training
- Good awareness of general workplace health and safety
