Lead our Housekeeping Team and Ensure Quality in the Spaces where Students to Succeed
EKC Group are seeking a Housekeeping Team leader to join the Group.We are seeking someone to join our high performing housekeeping team within the busy Estates Department EKC Dover College
The post holder will have a positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of housekeepers while maintaining high levels of cleanliness & hygiene. You will also be able to perform the array of cleaning tasks including the use of machinery widely used in the industry.
Key Details:Salary: £12,004 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours per week: 15
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 05:30 to 08:30

About YouSuccessful candidates will preferably have previous experience of team leadership and cleaning in a commercial environment as well as the ability to learn quickly and maintain high standards of work.
You will also have a Level 2 qualification in English & Maths or be willing to work towards these (the College will support with such qualifications).
A health & safety certificate would be of benefit but not essential as training is provided.
