Housekeeping Room Attendant

Job Title: Housekeeper
Location: Bristol
Salary: £12.38 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 25 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09.30am - 14.30pm

In September you must be available to work 6 days a week from 9.00am - 17.00pm, including the weekends as this is our known busy period

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cleaning our student's rooms including bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens.
Supporting our team by cleaning communal areas.
Delivering exceptional customer service to our students.
Maintaining student welfare.
Reporting on daily and weekly tasks.
Troubleshooting problems and emergency situations as they arise.
Any other reasonable request asked of you by your manager.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

At least 1 year experience in a Housekeeper/Room Attendant role.
A real passion for housekeeping and a fine eye for detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organisational and clear communication skills.
Fluent in another language (not essential, but would be an advantage).
An impeccable presentation.
An outstanding can-do attitude and the desire to work as a member of a team.
