Housekeeping Assistant

Location: Colonia Court Care Home, St Andrew's Avenue, Colchester, CO4 3AN

Contract: Permanent - Part Time Hours: 20 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday) Salary: £12.75 - £13.75 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Vacuum, mop floors, polish surfaces and ensure upkeep of all communal areas and residents' bedrooms.
• Maintain housekeeping stocks for day to day use and raise any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Take pride in ensuring work is completed to a high standard and maintain an organised environment.
• Manage multiple requests simultaneously, multitask and work with other teams as necessary.
