Housekeeper Job

Daily Housekeeper Job - Chesterfield / Worksop areas - 36 hours per week Monday to Friday - £35,000gpa + car

Our clients are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to take on a hands on and slightly different role in a shared housekeeper job. You will be employed on a full time basis for 36 hours over 4 days per week, but split your time between two family homes - one in Chesterfield and one in Worksop (about 25 minutes apart). You will work 2 days per week at each property and a car will be provided for both work and personal use.

The role involves 2 full days per week at each property, which may be consecutive or split, so you need to be within an easy commutable distance from each property.

Both homes are family houses: one has 5 beds and one has 3. Both families have working parents with young children and a dog.

Responsibilities

• Hands on cleaning of both properties
• Bed changing, bathroom and kitchen cleaning
• Dusting, vacuuming and mopping
• Deep cleaning (fridges / freezers / ovens etc)
• Keeping the homes running smoothly
• Family and household laundry, ironing and putting clothes away
• Running errands
• Shopping for household provisions (not food shopping)
• Dealing with trades and contractors

Enhanced DBS check and excellent references required.

Requirements

• Full time 36 hours per week over 4 days Monday to Friday
• Experience as a housekeeper in family homes
• Good organisational and communication skills

£35,000 gross per annum + car. Start as soon as the right candidate is found.
