The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. You will thoroughly clean all areas of guest rooms, including vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, tiles, showers, and sinks. You will strip and remake beds with fresh linens and ensure mattresses and blankets are in top condition. You will prepare rooms and bathrooms to meet our high standards and report to the Head Housekeeper when rooms are ready for sale. You will also notify the maintenance team of any necessary repairs, assist with vacuuming hallways, and manage laundry for collection. To help you grow, you will attend regular training sessions and team meetings, ensuring we continue to improve and maintain excellence in all areas.

Experience & Skills Required
  • Experience of comparable work preferred.
Schedule
  • We operate a 7 days a week business, between 0600 and 2300.
  • Shift patterns vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
