Housekeeper- Fixed term contract - Whittington House, Cheltenham - £12.71 per hour

• 50 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home
• Fixed term; 6 months contract
• Full time; 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of the home are clean, tidy, and well maintained to create a comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to meet health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements.
• Build positive relationships with residents and staff, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for creating a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.
