Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, industry-relevant Travel & Aviation lessons that inspire learners and prepare them for careers within the sector.
- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment programmes that meet the needs of all students.
- Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback and support students to achieve their full potential.
- Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with awarding body and College quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop the curriculum and support recruitment, marketing and learner engagement activities.

Qualifications- Qualified Teacher status, or willingness to work towards achieving qualified status.
- Relevant Degree qualification, or equivalent.
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
- Current knowledge and/or experience of teaching Travel & Aviation programmes.
- Understanding of current industry trends and issues that may impact curriculum delivery.
- Knowledge of career opportunities and progression routes within the Travel & Aviation sector.
- Experience supporting learners aged 16-18 and adult learners to achieve their goals.
- Experience of developing and delivering engaging learning experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to prepare engaging teaching materials and utilise digital learning technologies effectively.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour promptly and effectively.
