Hotel Kitchen Porter - Flexible Shifts, Meals On Duty

Dakota Newcastle is seeking a hard-working Kitchen Porter to support our Bar & Grill and kitchen areas. The role is permanent with a full-time contract, carrying 30 hours per week across a five-day pattern.

You will help maintain a clean, safe kitchen and support Chefs with essential equipment and upkeep. Key duties include washing and storing items, deep cleaning the kitchen, and following waste disposal and health & safety practices.
