Hotel Duty Manager - Lead Frontline Teams & Guest Experience

Premier Inn in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, is seeking a Duty Manager for an 8-hour-per-week shift pattern. You will lead across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth hotel operations.

This is a part-time, front-line leadership role with a permanent contract and guaranteed hours. The ideal candidate leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys a hands-on role on the floor.
