Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a 'hosted home', bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

As a Butler, you will ensure the 'warmth and magic' of the Estelle brand is carried throughout our private Houses and across the Estate. You will review the entire guest journey from pre arrival to post visit, ensuring all personal touches are added, along with any additional requests and elevation opportunities. You strive to go the extra mile to ensure every member receives genuine and personalised service.

Who we are looking for?

• A charismatic and charming person who is confident, collaborative and holds pride in their work.
• Previous service experience within luxury hotels, yachts, hospitality brands, or private estates.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

The on target earning potential for this role is £42,140 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £39,140, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
