HOSPITALITY STAFF

At Brickendon Grange Golf Club, we are looking for hospitality staff who are confident, dynamic, and hardworking. We require someone who can perform the following tasks:

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members and guests at a high standard
• Provide excellent customer service skills, including being knowledgeable about products to assist customers' needs
• Enjoy working with others and be able to cooperate as part of a team
• Ability to carry out basic order processing and payment tasks on a till or a handheld device
• Ability to multitask and remain organised during busy periods
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
• Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
• Clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and operating the glasswasher to ensure ample glassware is available
• Help set up for events and functions, such as laying cutlery and moving tables and chairs

Experience is desirable but not necessary. Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends. Having a driver's license is ideal, as we are based in a remote area.
