Hospitality Reservations Specialist (9-Month)

Mandarin Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Bookings Advisor role in a hospitality firm based in London. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract position.

The successful candidate will represent the firm positively to all customers while providing excellent customer service via phone, mail, and web chat. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality sector and strong communication skills.

Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous, and adaptability to work hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. is required.
