Hospitality Refurbishment Project Lead

Watkin Jones Group is seeking a client-facing Remediation Project Manager to deliver refurbishment projects across the UK. The role covers strategic client engagement, project leadership and contract management for schemes typically ranging from £1m to £20m, with travel across the UK during the week.

Responsibilities include client relations, bid management, budgeting, risk control and coordinating internal and external teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery to high standards.
