Hospitality L&D Specialist: Elevate Training & Careers

Aramark Ireland is seeking a hands-on Learning & Development professional to elevate the learning experience at Croke Park. You will design engaging training programs, onboard new colleagues, and collaborate with HRSS to deliver a welcoming induction.

You will develop SOPs, deliver compliance training, build dashboards, and measure impact through analytics, while aligning with Aramark's standards for hygiene, safety and superb service. This role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience.
