Locations: Lincoln and surrounding areas (multiple sites available)

Hours: Shifts vary between 7:00am - 7:30pm, typically 6-9 hours depending on client needs

Pay: £17.00 - £19.00 per hour (experience dependent)

We're recruiting passionate chefs to support a variety of kitchens across Lincoln, offering friendly, fast paced environments with a strong focus on great ingredients, smooth service, and consistent quality.

This is a flexible, temporary opportunity - ideal for chefs looking for:

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
• Confidently running your own section during service
• Ensuring correct storage, rotation, and organisation of ingredients
• Assisting with deliveries and maintaining a tidy kitchen
• Upholding food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Communicating clearly with kitchen and front of house teams
• Supporting the wider team with a positive, can do attitude

What we're looking for:

• Previous chef experience in a hospitality setting (cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, bistros, etc.)
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (within the last 3 years)
• Your own chef whites and knives
• Ability to travel to various Lincoln locations between 7:00am and 7:30pm
• Strong time management, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently
• Willingness to help with general cleaning and kitchen duties
