Grade: B scp 4 - £13.05 per hour - Contract: Casual. Age restrictions apply: 18. Sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the Albert Halls venue.
• Support the smooth running of performances and events.
• Deliver excellent customer care, sales and numeracy skills.
• Maintain health and safety standards for customers and premises.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proactive individuals with proven experience and knowledge of a theatre and hospitality environment.
• Demonstrable experience providing high standard customer care, working effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision, and using initiative to manage conflicting demands.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Specified level of spoken English required under the fluency duty.
