Hospitality - Catering Duty Manager

What you'll be doing

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard, safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations. You will lead on-site teams, oversee compliance, and work closely with stakeholders to maintain a well-run and productive environment.

• Oversee all operational activities on-site, ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards
• Lead, manage, and support on-site teams to drive performance and engagement
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, risk management, and company policies
• Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
• Resolve issues and respond to incidents or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Working Pattern: 5 out of 7, 40 hours per week What can you bring?

• Proven experience managing operations or teams in a site-based role
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
• Knowledge of health & safety and site compliance requirements
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
• A calm, professional attitude when working under pressure
• Experience in facilities, hospitality, catering, or similar industries is desirable
