Homelessness Prevention Officer - Hybrid Remote Role

The Isle of Wight Council is seeking a dedicated Homelessness Reduction Officer to join our Housing Team in Newport. You will assess households and provide tailored housing advice, developing Personal Housing Plans and working with landlords, providers and partners to prevent homelessness.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and case management skills and offers a hybrid working pattern with a Grade 8 salary (£30,841 to £33,699) plus standby allowance.
