Role Overview

We are seeking a Home Ownership Specialist to manage leasehold properties, including lease renewals, Right to Buy applications, and service charge matters. You will be the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring compliance with leases, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the Council's housing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lease renewals, permissions, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Lead the Right to Buy application process and related homeowner consultations.
• Provide clear guidance to leaseholders on their rights, responsibilities, and service charges.
• Work with legal, finance, and internal teams to resolve leasehold matters efficiently.
• Support service improvement, policy development, and digital working practices.

Requirements

• Experience in housing, leasehold management, or property services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of Right to Buy and leasehold legislation is desirable.
