Role Description

In this role, you will deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to a child within their home environment. You will be part of a nurse-led care team, providing clinical care with professionalism and empathy, working closely with family members and the clinical team to foster independence and safeguard the client's well being.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based nursing care and implement tailored care plans.
• Safeguard the client's comfort, safety, and independence.
• Collaborate closely with family members and the clinical team.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring accurate clinical reporting.
• Maintain professional and accurate clinical notes.

Skills and Experience

• Registered with the NMBI or holder of an NMBI Decision Letter.
• Qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Children's Nurse (RCN).
• Paediatric nursing experience is desirable.
• Previous home care experience is an advantage, but full training and support are provided.

Working Hours, Salary, and Benefits

• Full-time, night shifts available.
• Market related salary.
• 20 days of paid annual leave per year.
• Contract duration: 12 to 24 months.
