As one of our Home Delivery Drivers, you'll be one of the special ingredient that delivers everything our online customers shop at Sainsbury's for.

• You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it
• You will have a good driving record and complete a driving risk assessment as part of your interview; if successful, a driving assessment will be conducted when you join us
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK

What you'll be doing:

• Driving a 3.5 tonne van to deliver groceries to customers' doorsteps on time and in good condition
• Checking that the van is organised, clean and roadworthy; securing delivery cases before leaving the premises and driving safely in a variety of locations and conditions
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, suggesting substitutions, and keeping customers informed of any delays
• Building strong knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide recommendations
• Assisting in the store when not delivering as needed
