Are you a skilled HLTA with experience in specialist education? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a partner SEMH and SEN school in Kettering seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary and secondary phases.

This varied role will involve delivering structured interventions, covering classes where required, supporting personalised learning plans, and assisting pupils in regulating their emotions and behaviours. The school prides itself on its therapeutic approach and strong pastoral support.

The successful candidate will:

• Have proven HLTA or advanced TA experience

• Be confident leading lessons and supporting curriculum delivery

• Have experience working with SEMH, ASD or complex needs

• Show strong communication and teamwork skills

• Be committed to fostering a safe and supportive learning environment
