Protocol Education are seeking a skilled HLTA to support teaching and learning in a Ferryhill primary school.

You will play a key role in supporting pupils with SEMH needs, helping them achieve their full potential.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading targeted interventions
• Supporting behaviour and emotional needs
• Delivering lessons when required
• Monitoring pupil progress

Ideal candidate:

• Experienced HLTA or strong TA ready to step up
• Confident managing behaviour
• Passionate about supporting vulnerable pupils
