We are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time, long-term position in the Colchester area, starting in September.

This role is ideal for an HLTA who is confident covering lessons, supporting learning across the classroom, and working closely with teaching staff to maintain high standards of education.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a recognised HLTA qualification
• Be confident in covering lessons and managing a classroom
• Have experience supporting pupils across the curriculum
• Be reliable, professional, and committed to long-term work
• Be passionate about making a positive difference in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. The advert is for a long term role; an option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
