Highways Customer Experience Specialist (Hybrid)

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor - Highways for a 3 months contract with a Local Authority in Northleigh. The role focuses on delivering a customer-focused service across highways, handling enquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and social media.

You will own issues from first contact to resolution, coordinate with Highways Officers and contractors, provide timely updates, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
