Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Prospero Teaching are seeking to recruit a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) into an highly regarded School with an exceptional reputation for academic excellence, creativity, and a nurturing environment. Duties Planning and delivering engaging learning activities across the curriculum. Supporting class teachers with differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners. Leading small group interventions to raise attainment in core subjects. Providing one-on-one support for pupils with specific learning needs. Covering lessons as needed, ensuring continuity of learning. Supporting behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment. Encouraging pupil engagement and motivation to inspire a love of learning. Qualifications Has experience working in a primary school setting, ideally across a range of year groups. Demonstrates a passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of children. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. CONTRACT DETAILS Location - BA22 Position - HLTA Type of work - Long Term Contract or position start date - ASAP Duration / Likely Duration -Academic year Contract or position end date (if applicable) - Academic Year Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary Full time/part time - Minimum rate of pay - 125GBP per day Hours - 8:20 am - 3.15pm
