Key Responsibilities

• Lead whole-class teaching sessions when required.
• Deliver intervention programmes to small groups and individual pupils.
• Support children with additional learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor pupil progress and achievement.
• Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds HLTA status or has substantial classroom experience.
• Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Has strong behaviour management skills.
• Is confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Is committed to raising attainment and supporting pupil wellbeing.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
