Milk Education are looking for experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a range of primary schools in Bradford.

Whether you're looking for day to day supply, short term placements or long term opportunities, we have flexible roles to suit your availability. As an HLTA, you'll confidently deliver engaging lessons, provide classroom cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, and support pupils in a variety of school settings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic educator who enjoys working in different environments while making a positive impact on children's learning.

About the role

We have a variety of flexible opportunities available, including:

• Day to day supply
• Short term assignments
• Long term placements, with the potential for permanent opportunities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering pre planned lessons and leading whole class teaching in the teacher's absence
• Supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
• Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to school staff
• Supporting pupils' wellbeing and safeguarding at all times
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

What we're looking for

• HLTA Status, QTS or a relevant Level 4 qualification
• Experience working within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different schools and year groups
• A passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential
