About the Role

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Worksop, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across a variety of primary school settings.

This Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) role in Worksop may involve delivering pre-planned lessons during PPA cover, leading small group interventions, and supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis.

Working across Worksop primary schools, you will gain valuable experience in different classroom environments while maintaining flexibility in your working week.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons during PPA cover or staff absence Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Worksop schools Lead small group and 1:1 interventions Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning Support assessment, planning and classroom organisation Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and leadership teams Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Level 4 HLTA qualification with relevant experience Strong HLTA experience and Degree educated (essential) Confidence delivering lessons to whole classes Good understanding of the primary curriculum Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
