Higher Learning Teaching Assistant

Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and welcoming school in Cambridge, starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner looking to take the next step in their career, supporting teaching and learning across the school while making a positive impact on pupils' educational outcomes.

The school is looking for a committed HLTA with strong classroom management skills, confidence in leading learning activities, and a genuine passion for helping pupils achieve their full potential.

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a UK school
• HLTA status or relevant qualifications desirable
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
• Experience delivering interventions and supporting whole-class learning
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
• Provide two professional child-related references
