High-Volume Driver Engagement Coordinator (Car Allowance)

BCAL is seeking two high-energy Resource Coordinators to engage and onboard Self-Employed Drivers across the UK. You will work in a fast-paced Resourcing team, ensuring drivers are engaged, compliant and ready to support our nationwide operation with maximum impact.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, build proactive pipelines, maintain 100% compliance, and report recruitment metrics to forecast performance. A car allowance is provided, with a total package up to £52,500.
