High Rise Caretaker & Community Upkeep Specialist

Carrington Blake Recruitment is looking for an experienced Caretaker to support a busy Multi Storey Team across high-rise residential blocks in Gateshead. This role includes maintaining cleanliness, safety, and building upkeep.

Key tasks involve cleaning communal areas, conducting inspections, and handling minor maintenance. The ideal candidate will have previous caretaking or cleaning experience and possess strong communication skills. The position is contract-based initially until the end of June, with potential for extension.
