High Intensity Worker - Changing Futures Northumbria
Posted 12 hours 44 minutes ago by Forward Leeds
Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live fulfilling lives. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, substance misuse, housing, and related support services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England with almost 3,500 staff and volunteers supporting around 125,000 people annually.
As we integrate our systems and processes post-merger, some job branding remains under 'Humankind'. Our recruitment systems will fully unify next year.
