Our client, a reputable dealer group specialising in commercial vehicle maintenance, is looking for a skilled HGV Technician (Night Shift) to join their team in Trafford Park, Manchester. Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a wide range of heavy goods vehicles, including trucks and lorries
• Conduct fault diagnosis, testing, and performing all necessary maintenance and repairs
• Deliver high quality customer service within a defined area
• Complete all relevant warranty, contract, and retail paperwork accurately
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimise vehicle downtime and maximise efficiency

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in HGV Maintenance or equivalent
• Proven experience in servicing, diagnosing, and repairing heavy commercial vehicles
• Manufacturer training or up to date technical knowledge (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach
• Full UK driving licence; LGV or PSV licence advantageous
• Motivated with a commitment to delivering high standards of workmanship
