Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to work with a well-established logistics company. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for reliable weekday work, competitive pay, and minimal manual handling.

Transporting chilled food products

Very little handball involved

Operating modern Class 1 vehicles

Duration: This is a temporary role with the opportunity to achieve a full time role

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £18.75 (Days), £19.96 (Nights) per hour using our Umbrella payment scheme. Days - £15.50 (PAYE), Nights - £17.50 (PAYE). Overtime is paid at £22.00 on Saturdays and £25.00 for Sundays + 28 Holiday pro Rata. No Max 20 Visas or Sponsorship.

Working Hours: Varied start times ranging from 14:00 to 20:00

Experience & Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience (flexible depending on client)
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and working time regulations
• Reliable, professional, and safety focused attitude
