HGV Driver (Cat C+E)

We are on the hunt for experienced and professional Class 1 drivers for our clients operation out of Chesterfield. You will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of palletised products in a curtain sided vehicle, making an average of 1-3 drops within a day. You must be good with customers and have experience with curtains due to the nature of the role. For further details and a potential IMMEDIATE start, please call us now! Duration: Ongoing with a genuine opportunity for full time employment.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Your rate of pay will be £16.50ph PAYE with 28 days of holiday pro rata.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday with start times usually being 06:00, averaging 10hrs a day.

Closing Date:

• Have a full UK Drivers Licence with a C+E entitlement.
• Have a minimum of 12 months continuous experience driving articulated lorries in the UK
• Have no more than 6 points on your Licence
• Have a strong and coherent understanding of driver's working hours and working time directive.
• Have a Digital Tacho Card (Digicard)
• Have a valid Driver CPC Card
